Day 3

Hey everyone, Tim here. Hope everyone's week is coming to a delightful end.  Today has probably been the best day of the diet so far for me. Had a shrimp salad for lunch that was actually decently good. And for dinner instead of the sirloin steak that we were going to eat, Jamie and I decided to use some of my venison steak instead which naturally would boost up the taste :). I really hope that results come along with this healthy eating. It would be very discouraging if it is all for nothing. The diet has us weigh ourselves every third day....so I am hoping that tomorrow morning I will be a little happier with the number on the scale.


Work as usual is very boring lol. Not that I am complaining to get paid to do basically nothing. I'm just praying that we will get some snow soon so I would have something to do and actually make a little extra cash. And today I finally buckled and went to the store and got some icy/hot for my back. I felt that it was slowly getting better but it still is sore when I bend over and stand back up. So hopefully that icy/hot does the magic that I know it can do. Other than that life at work is just peachy. 


Well lets find out what is in store for Jamie and I tomorrow for our meals. 

Breakfast
Scrambled eggs (substitute)
2 slices of Canadian bacon

Mid-morning snack
Celery stuffed with laughing cow cheese

Lunch
Chef's Salad (with ham, turkey, and cheese)

Mid-Afternoon snack
10 cherry tomatoes dipped in cottage cheese (I ain't eating that garbage :) )

Dinner
Orange roughy (we are having tilapia) in scallion and ginger sauce
Shredded Cabbage sauteed in olive oil
Steamed Snow Peas

Dessert
Mocha ricotta creme

  1. You guys are doing so good!!! I think we are going to kick butt with this weight loss! Also weigh yourself in the morning before you eat and after you do "number 2" just a thought!!
